This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for external customers by answering, researching and resolving all customer related phone calls and emails as they come into the lab. Using sound judgment, this position is required to provide quick and timely feedback on all issues related to customers and host store associates.
This position will require associate to sit for up to and exceeding 8 hours per day. This position is required to move freely within department. Must be able to see blemishes on orders and provide feedback to lab for correction. This position will be required to go to the lab from time to time, mobility between departments is essential to perform job duties. This position is located in our manufacturing building. Exposure to dust and lab noise will be present. Employees are required to wear work smock and protective eyewear at all times. Employee must be able to perform repetitive tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
