U.S. Vision seeks a Brand Marketing Specialist to support print and digital marketing.  The position will report to the Brand Manager of Department Stores and be responsible for ensuring a cohesive, consistent brand message is executed completely.  A successful candidate will have a combination of advanced interpersonal skills and a solid track record of execution.   




  • Write creative briefs for external agency and/or internal creative department to guide the development of creative material, including print ads, in-store visuals and digital ads.
  • Work with Brand Manager, retail group and host partners to route creative for approval.
  • Manage relationship with outside vendors including media outlets, printers, shipping department to ensure proper execution of advertising and in-store visuals.
  • Create store communication about new marketing promotions and programs that are clear and concise.
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars including promotional and media planning calendars.
  • Update and maintain monthly marketing budget with accuracy.
  • Administer Expo Frame Events including pulling store call lists, developing handout and store communication.
  • Support IT to ensure promotional codes are accurate in the POS system.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Specialist in executing digital ads, including reviewing promotional details and creative design. 


  • BA/BS in relevant discipline required.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer product or retail marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
  • Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results with a cross-functional team.
  • Listening skills, customer service/teamwork orientation and accountability.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
