We operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing laboratory in Blackwood, NJ.

We are seeking a Process Engineer Facilitator to join our Process Improvement team!



The Process Engineer Facilitator is responsible for preparing and conducting process improvement events. This person will develop and prepare materials for use in the events, coordinate with department management and participants, lead instruction on the use of process improvement tools, facilitate team decisions, manage team work, resolve team conflict, assist in the development of implementation action plans, and conduct follow-up. Reporting to our Manager of Process Improvement, the Process Engineer Facilitator is responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities for lean process and systems improvement for the manufacturing lab.
  • Documenting improvement events and related activities.
  • Using evaluation methods to accurately identify and document process improvements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of lean enterprise methods, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Six Sigma, and experience using lean methods in the workplace.
  • Expertise in project management methods. PMP certification is a plus.
  • 1-3+ year(s) of related relevant business experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience exercising the skills of showing initiative, active participation, and problem solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
