This is an exciting opportunity to help lead marketing of the Optical division within some of the country’s top retailers. The position will report to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring a cohesive, consistent strategy and brand message. This is a cross-functional position with involvement from Retail, Product, Creative and IT to seamlessly execute marketing and promotional plans. A successful candidate will have a keen ability to link broader strategy to store-level marketing tactics, along with a solid track record of organization, prioritization, and execution. This candidate will also be comfortable working within a matrixed organizational structure.
